My name is Kim Atherton and I am the Candidate Relations Manager in our Westport office. I am responsible for recruiting and assist with finding the best qualified caregivers and work alongside my colleagues to help them to find their way to families in need of their service and care. I started at LifeWorx as a Candidate Relations Associate where I was searching for ideal candidates that will deliver exceptional service to the families they are with.

It’s important to build strong relationships with our candidates and make sure, they are the right fit for your family. We’re a people business and using my degree has helped generate a great connection with those seeking interest in our company.

I graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s degree in communications. I was born and raised in Bethel, CT and now currently reside in Hamden, CT.  During my free time, I enjoy taking long drives-listening to classic rock, eating anything and everything and watching reality shows.

"I moved back to New York City 9 or so months ago and knew I needed help. I came back to a big job with lots of travel and lots of hours.
